Crafted with a solid beech frame and layered with springs and high-quality foam, it offers both structure and deep comfort. This edition is upholstered in an abstract, spray-dyed chenille, adding a bold yet sophisticated expression to its timeless silhouette.

Elias Svedberg

Elias Svedberg (1913–1987) was a renowned Swedish interior architect and furniture designer known for his innovative approach to design. His notable works include the Paris Sofa, first exhibited at the 1937 Paris World Exhibition and Elias Armchair exhibited in Warsaw in 1938 and Malmö in 1939. Svedberg also developed the Triva flat-pack furniture line for Nordiska Kompaniet, showcasing his forward-thinking concepts. His designs often reflect a harmonious balance of elegance and functionality, earning him recognition in major exhibitions and collections, including the Nationalmuseum in Stockholm. Today, pieces like the Paris Sofa, Elias Armchair and Safari Chair at Dusty Deco stand as tributes to his legacy.
